We are pleased to announce that Loudoun Triple Threat  9th Grade Gold will be coached by Chris Walker for Spring of 2012.   Chirs is 6’10” and was team captain at Marymount University for three seasons

Chris played high school ball at West Potomac High School and was subsequently recruited by several schools.  He committed to Marymount University in Arlington balancing athletics with academics.  He played two seasons for Chuck Dreisell, Lefty's son, who is now the head coach at the Citadel, and they remain close today.  Chris played for Scott McClary his last two seasons at MU.    Scott is now the head coach at Muhlenberg College and came up through the coaching ranks under legendary coach Morgan Wooten.

Chris worked closely with both Morgan and Joe Wooten at their camp and also worked Coach Dreisell's summer camps throughout college where he learned from some of the best. From experience, Chris understands the 9th Grade/15U year is key in AAU circles as it really sets the tone for the last 3 years of high school.  The goal is to allow the players to focus on advancing their skills and knowlege of the game so they can successfully participate in the local and national recruiting arena.  Chris lives in Ashburn with his wife and two daughters and serves as Contracts Manager for Lessard Design Inc.
