Head Coach Name: Eric Williams
Assistant Coach Name: Andy Whittleton
Assistant Coach Name: Tony Jenkins

Team Manager Name: Rebecca Williams

Head coach - O’Lekan “Eric” Williams was born in Brooklyn, New York and learned the game of basketball from the playground.  After moving to Virginia, Eric learned the fundamentals of the game playing under Gary Hall, former coach of Herndon High School. While playing at Herndon on Varsity for two years, his team won two district championships. He has been a head coach for CLBL for two years with one loss and 2 championships. He also has been an assistant coach in the CLYFL for three years with 1 championship. His coaching philosophy revolves around defense being paramount to success. Eric is an active member in the community with mentoring youth and working at a privately owned organization that works with the clients from the ages 8-21.
Assistant Coach - Andy Whittleton played 3 years in the NCAA for the University of Mary Washington. He moved his basketball career to coaching and has been a head coach for 4 years in the George Muresan League, 2 years as an assistant coach in CLBL, and has spent the last year as an assistant coach with the Loudoun Triple Threat Spartan organization.

Assistant Coach - Tony Jenkins grew up in Silver Spring, MD where he was a three sport athlete graduating from Springbrook High School.  After turning down football scholarships, he attended Montgomery Junior College in Maryland and Division II Fairmont State University in West Virginia where he played baseball.  Upon graduation he was signed to play baseball professionally in the independent minor leagues.  He played in Washington State, Tennessee, and Mississippi over a three year career reaching the AA level.  While he excelled in football and baseball, basketball was always his passion.  Wanting to share his love of sports with his son, Tony began coaching in the Ashburn area in 2003.  Tony brings with him a winning spirit and team philosophy that has given him success with every team he has coached over his eight year coaching career.  Tony resides in Ashburn with his wife Liz and their three children Kyle (Spartan Gold), Kayla and Adriana.
