YBOA VA State Champions!
YBOA VA State Qualifier Champions!
The 15U Gold Team won the first 2009 YBOA Virginia State Qualifier. We won our first game over the Catoctin Vikings by 25, but lost our second game to the Annandale Bulldawgs by 10 points. Next, we played the Rim Rockers and won by 20 points to earn spot in the Semifinals, where we defeated the NOVA Suns by 6 and then beat the Annandale Bulldawgs 80-78 in the final. Austin Nelson and Courtland Arbogast were selected to the All Tournament Team.

Runners Up in High Octane Tournament, Frederick, MD, June 22nd
Runners Up in Hoop Magic Summer League Tournament!
4th Place in YBOA State Tournament - Qualifying for YBOA Division 1 Nationals!
After playing in only two state qualifies to earn a spot in the YBOA State Tournament, the U14 Team defeated the top seeded Magic Hoops and 4th seeded Virginia Warriors to finish 4th place, earning a YBOA Division 1 Nationals Bid. This is a great accomplishment for the team, and especially for one that only recently formed in a higher age group. Congratulations to Coaches, Players and Parents!
Loudoun Spring League 14U Champions!
After splitting two close games with the 14U Nova Suns during the regular Spring League, the 14U Loudoun Triple Threat team jumped ahead of the Suns in the Championship game and lead by 22 the at half. The Suns roared back to within seven points with intense pressure in the 3rd quarter, but LTT kept their composure and answered with a 4th quarter run of their own to win by 24 points!
