We are an all volunteer run, AAU 501(c)(3), non-profit organization.
Our organization serves youth in and around Loudoun County, VA who are seeking to play basketball at a highly competitive level.
Our coaches emphasize the development of fundamental skills and knowledge of how to play the game.
Our teams compete in Hoop Group, Big Shots and other exposure events as well as AAU state, regional and national tournaments. USBA events, other local tournaments and competitive leagues are also used for player developement.
We also provide opportunities for other local teams to develop players by organizing competitive leagues and tournaments that attract some of the best competition around the region and help reduce the costs of our program for the families of the players we serve.
Loudoun Triple Threat is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit, all volunteer run organization affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Association (AAU). We raise funds to sponsor athletes whose families lack resources to participate and reduce costs for all assist teams to develop their athletes. Please join us. 2012 Player Recognition in High School Programs
Senior Richard Kuzma commited to play for the Naval Academy, where both his father and uncle played. Richard is a 5 season LTT player, and will graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School this spring with a 4.27 grade-point average and 2340 of a possible 2400 on the SATs. He holds the TJ program’s career, single-season and single-game scoring marks including 35 and 37 point efforts. Richard is on the top 50 list for DC area players in scoring, 3 point shooting, and free throw %(#1 as a junior), and a two time selection to the Liberty All District team. Juniors
Michael Anderson broke the Loudoun County High School scoring record scoring 43 points vs Park View high school. Click here for VivaLoudoun article. Michael averaged 18 ppg, led the team in assists, and made 84% of his 154 Free Throw attempts which placed him 10th in the DC Metro area Michael was selected to All Dulles District teams in his sophomore and junior seasons. In Exposure events last spring, Michael was selected to the BigshotsFinal Four U16 All Tournament team and was again honorable mention in the Big Shots DC Assault Tournament where he lead the team to a 3rd place finish of 36 teams competing in the top bracket.
Josh Grimard (Loudoun Valley HS) and Michael Anderson (Loudoun County HS) were the only non-seniors selected to the All Dulles District 1st or 2nd teams. Michael was also selected as a sophomore, and Josh was an honorable mention as a sophomore in the Cedar Run District (before LVHS moved back to Dulles District this year).
Alex Fabean Scotch from Purcellville played for Georgetown Prep in the IAC where he averaged 10 ppg and made 53 3 pt shots which was 25th in the DC Metro area. In the opening round of the IAC tournament, Alex hit the game winning 3 and hit 2 baskets to tie the game in the final 2 minutes of the IAC final before they fell to Bullis. In exposure events last spring, Alex and AJ Metz were both selected to the All Tournament Team at the Hoop Group West Va Jamfest where they lead the team to the Top Bracket Silver Finals.
AJ Metz from Lucketts was a starter and team leader for IAC Champs Bullis in assists and field goal %. AJ's strong defense and rebounding along with his strong offensive skills have gotten the attenion of recruiters and coaches. AJ recently had an official visit to East Carolina University. In exposure events last spring, AJ and Alex were both selected to the All Tournament Team at the Hoop Group West Va Jamfest where they lead the team to the Top Bracket Silver Finals
Josh Grimard (14 ppg)and Jovon Miller (10 ppg) were the 2nd and 3rd leading scorers and team leaders for Loudoun Valley's Dulles District Regular Season and Tournament Championship squad. Sophomore Paul Rowley averaged 6 ppg for Valley and was a shot blocking force on the inside for the Vikings.
Jake Ryan was the 2nd leading scorer for Briar Woods averaging 12 ppg and made 87% of his free throws, third in the DC area according to the Washington Post(2/21). Jake had a 31 point effort where he made 5 three pointers and had 3 dunks. He also lead Briar Woods in blocked shots and rebounding.
Quan Stinger was the defensive specialist for Loudoun County High School with the 2nd lowest points allowed in the Dulles District. With his extraordinary athleticism, Quan covered the best player on opposing teams - from point guard to center - and held his own with some of the best in the Dulles District.
Sophomores
Zack Coffman averaged 6.3 ppg and was the second leading 3 point shooter for the Heritage Pride.
Paul Rowley averaged 6 ppg for LoudounValley and was a shot blocking force on the inside for the Vikings in their District Championship run matching up well with some of the best interior talent in the area.
Cole Herdman made Varsity and averaged 2ppg at Flint Hill competing in the MAC.
